The lady who I want to chat with is not fluent in English?

For the chat screen we have translate option to where you can translate between English and Russian, Ukrainian, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and Spanish. For example if you receive text written in the lady’s native language (ex Spanish) there will be a translate link beside the text. Near the top of the chat screen, set the drop down menus for Spanish to English and click the translate link. Then the translated text will appear in English.

To send your lady a message in her own language (ex Russian), type the message in English on the chat screen, then set the drop down menus to English to Russian and click the "translate" button toward the bottom of the chat screen, then send the message.
